Wheatgrass extract works best if you use less, rather than more – and not too frequently. A little goes a long way.
1. For SKIN CONDITIONS AND INJURIES, (e.g. wounds, rashes, burns, topical steroid withdrawal, psoriasis, eczema, molluscum, radiation burns , fractures) lightly apply to the affected area(s) ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK with Dr Wheatgrass Skin Recovery Spray (maybe substituted with Dr Wheatgrass Recovery Cream or Superbalm).
Cleanse wounds daily and cover with a clean, light dressing.
2. For LEG AND FOOT ULCERS, (diabetic, venous ulcers) lightly apply a small amount of Dr Wheatgrass Skin Recovery Spray or Cream or Supserbalm ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS. Cleanse the wound daily and keep it covered with a clean, light dressing (e.g. gauze padding and a bandage).
Persevere, and avoid over-treating as this can slow the healing process.
3. To help achieve or maintain GOOD HEALTH, or to help prevent or recover from whole body illness, such as glandular fever, ulcerative colitis and viral infections – take half a capful (i.e – 2.5ml.) of Dr Wheatgrass Supershots daily.
Hold the liquid in your mouth for a minute before swallowing. This allows bio-actives in the extract to find their way directly into your bloodstream for a whole body effect.
