Wheatgrass – very effective for soft tissue injuries

Published on Feb 24, 2014

Recovery of soft tissue injuries is often slow, mainly because of the deep-seated bleeding involved. The blood is where it shouldn't be - in the tissues - instead of in the blood vessels. This can cause inflammation, swelling and pain. However, application of wheatgrass extract to the injury stops deep-seated bleeding and aids rapid absorption of blood clot which significantly hastens the healing process. It also accelerates healing of pulled muscles, sprains, groin injuries, fascial injuries and bruising - and many others.
